Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead and coordinate electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects. The role requires journeyman-level expertise and thorough NEC knowledge, ensuring installations meet safety standards and project specifications.

You will manage day-to-day field operations, collaborate with project managers and other trades, and mentor team members to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade.
  • Develop the construction schedule for the overall project and continually monitor and adjust as needed.
  • Ability to contribute to the installation or direct others through the installation and troubleshooting process.
  • Ability to coordinate manpower needs.
  • Ability to coordinate or place material orders after a competition price comparison has been completed.
  • Maintain compliance with company, state and OSHA safety standards.

Job Summary

The Electrical Foreman is a skilled leadership position responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects. This role requires advanced knowledge of electrical systems, including strong journeyman-level expertise, and a thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Electrical Foreman ensures that all installations meet safety standards, project specifications, and quality expectations. Key responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day field operations, collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades, and mentoring team members. Success in this role is demonstrated by effective communication, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to manage labor, materials, and schedules to meet project goals.
