Qualifications

• Proven communication and presentation skills are required.
• Active Pharmacy Intern license must be in the state of district location.
• PharmD or equivalent from a non-US accredited school is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and at the drive-thru with courtesy.
• Assist pharmacy and front store customers with questions and concerns.
• Process prescriptions including labeling and drop-off/pick-up procedures.
• Resolve third party rejections and assist with forms as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and CVS policies.
• Support pharmacy leadership in staff development and training.
