Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate for a structured internship pathway to complete US internship hours and pursue pharmacist licensure. You will work under direct supervision in a retail pharmacy setting, focusing on patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include customer service, prescription processing, counseling, and leading pharmacy staff while developing all required competencies.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non‑US Accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning Non‑US Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at CVS.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner in-store and at the drive-thru.
• Assist pharmacy and front store customers with questions and concerns; answer calls with a warm greeting.
• Process prescriptions and maintain pharmacy operations per CVS SOPs and guidelines.
• Counsel patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist and escalate as needed.
• Lead and develop Pharmacy Support Staff; coordinate training and scheduling to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information and ensure regulatory compliance.
