Job summary

CVS Health in Minnesota seeks a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate to complete a structured internship, pass licensure exams, and launch into a Pharmacist role. Under a preceptor, you’ll follow a mixed learning plan to apply didactic knowledge to real-world pharmacy practice while supporting patient care and safety.

Eligible graduates will complete required internship hours within 18 months and prepare for licensure processes within 120 days of internship completion, gaining hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Foreign graduate from a non-US accredited college of pharmacy seeking US internship.
• Must pass FPGEC certification.
• Pharmacist licensure in the target state within 120 days of internship.
• Must have or be pursuing intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and support pharmacists and technicians to ensure safe, accurate dispensing.
• Deliver patient care with empathy and exceptional service at all touchpoints.
• Assist with immunizations, telehealth, and clinical services where allowed.
• Travel to stores in the market to support business needs.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state laws and CVS policies.
