Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Analyst to collaborate with thought leaders on FMS and security cooperation projects. You will research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support Navy security cooperation objectives with expert insight and innovative solutions.

Role requires 3+ years in FMS case management and DSAMS, with the ability to travel up to 25% and a Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree is required, and a master’s in DSCU/DAU is a plus.

Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the Navy in expanding U.S. security cooperation objectives. You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with FMS case management support
• 3+ years of experience developing FMS cases in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)
• Experience tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 7+ years of experience with FMS case management
• 7+ years of experience developing FMS cases in DSAMS
• Knowledge of defense acquisition systems
• Knowledge of the Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW)
• Master's degree Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) or Defense Acquisition University (DAU)
• FMS or Security Cooperation Certification
• Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
