Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance & Systems Manager to lead preventative maintenance for electronic optical sorting equipment across multiple manufacturing sites in the United States. You will drive reliability improvements for sorting and foreign material removal systems, and supervise PM events with local teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in systems management with a mechanical or electrical engineering background, and travel up to 50% is required. A valid license is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in systems management for manufacturing.
• Engineering degree preferred; candidates with related field considered.
• Experience with electronic sorting, automation, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance for electronic optical sorting equipment across sites.
• Manage performance and reliability of foreign material removal systems.
• Support local maintenance and operations during PM events.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, automation, and control issues on sorting equipment.
• Train operators and maintenance staff on operation and maintenance procedures.
