Qualifications

• Degree in content area (preferred).

• Proven track record of student achievement and/or growth.

Responsibilities

• Create standards-aligned scope/sequence, annual plan, units, and lesson plans.
• Develop and implement ambitious lesson plans aligned to grade-level expectations.
• Provide engaging instruction in whole-class, small-group, and individual settings.
• Offer tutoring and afterschool support as needed.
• Analyze student achievement data with the Academic Dean.
• Enter and manage student performance data promptly.
• Build classroom culture and engage families to support student success.
