Job summary

The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) seeks a Manager of Foreign Labor Certification to oversee the program within the Office of Workforce Development. The role requires strong leadership, compliance expertise, and effective collaboration with employers and state agencies.

Travel statewide is required; a Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant experience are the minimum qualifications. Bi-lingual English-Spanish is preferred to support diverse job seekers and employers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant work experience required.
• Knowledge of WIOA and Wagner-Peyser Act preferred.
• Two years' experience in FLC and processing H2A/H2B orders preferred.
• Bi-lingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foreign labor certification process to ensure federal/state compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to FLC staff and housing inspectors.
• Maintain records, policies, and procedures; coordinate with employers and stakeholders.
• Travel statewide to support staff and operations as needed.
