Job summary

Amentum is seeking a dynamic Foreign Disclosure Representative to support USPACOM J3 at Camp H.M. Smith, HI. You will provide real-time analysis and help release CMI and CUI in alignment with DoD and USPACOM policies.

Role requires extensive experience in foreign disclosure, policy analysis, and collaboration with senior USPACOM staff to ensure proper information clearance and program support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of combined DoD/federal program management experience in lieu of degree.
• At least 3 years as a Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO).
• At least 3 years supporting operations in the USPACOM AOR.
• At least 2 years supporting plans/operations at a COCOM/Joint Staff level.
• Knowledge of USPACOM processes, procedures, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored disclosure review and release of USPACOM J3 Classified/Unclassified Info.
• Manage USPACOM J3 foreign disclosure process for operations, training, and briefings.
• Analyze and implement policies, directives, and manuals related to foreign disclosure.
• Recommend on Joint Staff/USPACOM foreign disclosure policies.
• Participate in foreign and domestic disclosure training.
• Assist in development of policies for release of information reports.
• Assist FDO in making foreign disclosure determinations.
• Ensure compliance with National/Theater/DoD/USPACOM policies.
