Responsibilities

• Second review title reports to identify defects impacting foreclosure proceedings.
• Analyze and resolve title issues relating to legal description, liens, judgments, and ownership discrepancies.
• Perform title curative work, including reviewing affidavits, satisfactions, deeds, and releases.
