Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Foreclosure Quality Assurance Specialist to support RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC. You will oversee and execute QA activities within the foreclosure process, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company standards, while improving attorney performance and timelines.

You will manage workflows, review referrals, and ensure accuracy across financial figures and documents, coordinating with foreclosure counsel and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of foreclosure-related experience.
• Minimum 1 year mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• GSE/government experience preferred.
• LoanSphere and MSP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foreclosure referral eligibility quality reviews prior to referral to foreclosure counsel.
• Verify accuracy of all financial figures in foreclosure processes via quality reviews.
• Review pre-sale checklists to ensure foreclosures meet compliance guidelines.
• Verify accuracy of foreclosure documents before submission to document executor.
• Ship executed documents to foreclosure counsel in a timely manner.
• Maintain and monitor operation and exception reports to drive efficiency.
• Prioritize and manage workload to ensure timely and accurate resolutions for internal and external partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Position Overview

The Foreclosure Quality Assurance Specialist will support RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC. The Foreclosure Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing quality assurance activities within the foreclosure process, ensuring strict adherence to statutory requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies. This role manages foreclosure workflows, driving efficiency and accuracy to meet established timelines and enhance attorney performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct foreclosure referral eligibility quality review prior to referral to foreclosure counsel.
• Verify accuracy of all financial figures required in the foreclosure processes by conducting a quality review prior to submission to foreclosure counsel.
• Conduct quality review of pre-sale checklists to ensure scheduled foreclosure sales meet all compliance guidelines.
• Verify accuracy of foreclosure documents prepared by foreclosure counsel, prior to submission to document executor.
• Ship all executed documents to foreclosure counsel timely.
• Manage operational and exception reports to monitor workflow, identify risks, and drive efficiency.
• Prioritize and manage assigned work to ensure timely, accurate resolutions for both internal and external partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of Foreclosure-related experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of mortgage servicing-related experience, preferred.
• GSE and Government experience, preferred.
• LoanSphere and MSP experience, preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
