Job summary

Agility 360 is seeking a Foreclosure Paralegal for a direct hire in Phoenix, AZ. You will support the Foreclosure Manager and Attorneys, manage deadlines, communicate with clients and borrowers, and assist with case investigations and document filing.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of paralegal experience, familiarity with legal procedures and court processes, and solid organizational skills. On-site position with background check and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Paralegal experience.
• Familiarity with law, legal procedures and court system.
• Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office.
• Working knowledge of case management software.
• Excellent secretarial and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure.
• Prefer experience in BKFS; TEMPO; ADR; DRA.
• Proficient in running PACER and SCRA.
• Communicate with clients and borrowers, and the Courts.
• File pleadings with the Courts.

You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the office and utilize effective case management skills. The ideal candidate will have previous default servicing experience and must be self-motivated. This is a full-time, on-site position so reliable transportation is a must.
