The ideal candidate should hold an Ohio or Kentucky license, with additional licensure in Indiana or West Virginia considered a plus. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in creditor's rights/foreclosure and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Active and in good standing with the Ohio or Kentucky Bar.
• Licenses in multiple states are a plus.
• Experience in real estate and title work.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal pleadings.
• Appear in court throughout the Cincinnati area.
