The ideal candidate has a JD, NM Bar in good standing, and dual licensure is a plus, with at least five years of litigation experience in real property and foreclosure matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and NM Bar in good standing are required.
• Experience in real property, foreclosure, and title preferred.
• Dual licensure in NM and nearby states is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple foreclosure-related litigation files and supervise paralegal staff.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions as needed.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs with high quality.
• Review and edit legal work; ensure ethical, timely client communications.
• Analyze strategy, maintain case records, and ensure profitable billable hours.
