Bonial & Associates, P.C. in Oklahoma City seeks a motivated Paralegal I to support foreclosure matters and assist attorneys in preparing, reviewing, and filing documents.

You will maintain case records, manage deadlines, and coordinate with courts, clients, and vendors in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment that offers professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of paralegal, legal assistant, mortgage servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or related legal experience preferred.
• Experience with foreclosure case management systems, including BlackKnight, is a plus.
• Paralegal certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the preparation, review, and processing of foreclosure-related legal documents.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify data accuracy in systems and filings.
• Prepare and file legal documents in accordance with court rules and deadlines.
• Coordinate and communicate with courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Handle escalated inquiries from clients and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate case records and update client systems.
• Monitor deadlines and progression of foreclosure matters.
• Support process improvement initiatives and take on additional duties as assigned.
