Qualifications

• 4+ years in a litigation role; bankruptcy experience is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Familiarity with the Uniform Voidable Transactions Act preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of creditor's rights post-judgment and bankruptcy litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and post-judgment filings.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Propound and respond to written discovery requests.
• Conduct judgment depositions and debtor examinations.
• Issue subpoenas and document requests.
• Attend hearings and conduct oral arguments.
• Initiate bank levies and wage garnishments.
• Perform legal research and maintain detailed case files.
• Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining professionalism.
