Jobot seeks a Permanent Foreclosure Attorney licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania to join our legal team onsite in NJ. The role requires at least 2 years of foreclosure experience and a strong command of title reports, title claims, and liens.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Barred in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• At least 2 years of foreclosure law experience.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-case management.
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Proficiency in legal research software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foreclosure processes in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Review and interpret title reports, title claims, and liens; provide guidance to clients and team.
• Draft, review, and file foreclosure documents including complaints, motions, and judgments.
• Represent clients in court and present arguments and evidence.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel, lenders, and borrowers to settle disputes.
• Stay updated on foreclosure laws and industry trends in NJ and PA.
• Collaborate with team and clients, providing progress updates.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver legal advice.
