Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Product Management for Financial Forecasting in McLean, VA. You will lead a team delivering scalable forecasting products and platforms, aligning finance, data, and tech partners around strategic outcomes.

You will mentor the Forecasting team, shape product strategy, and ensure governance and transparency across FPDS. This role requires senior leadership and stakeholder influence in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products.
• Background supporting model development, analytics, or quantitative workflows.
• Ability to translate partner needs into clear product strategy with roadmaps and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Embed with partners and CFO teams to understand pain points and outcomes for Forecasting products.
• Partner with Finance, Data, and Technology to define strategy for Forecasting products and platforms.
• Establish governance frameworks to manage delivery of prioritized outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships to drive day-to-day alignment and remove blockers.
• Represent Product in leadership discussions, communicating portfolio strategy to executives.
• Mentor Forecasting product team and colleagues across FPDS and Product at Capital One.
