We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Forecasting Lead with strong expertise in demand forecasting, business process improvement, and forecasting solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and map existing forecasting processes, identify gaps, and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and lead solution analysis, functional design, and implementation.
• Evaluate forecasting methodologies and recommend suitable approaches for different business needs.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and support forecasting solution selection and implementation.
• Collaborate with data science and technical teams on AI/ML-based forecasting solutions.
• Analyze large volumes of transactional data, data dependencies, and enterprise application integrations.
• Lead forecasting engagements from initial assessment through solution implementation.
• Validate forecasting outputs against business scenarios and ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze gaps between expected and actual forecasting results and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align forecasting requirements, process changes, and expected outcomes.
