Job summary

Nintendo of America is seeking a forecasting professional to support the Revenue Planning & Operations team in Redmond, WA. You will forecast for physical videogame products including hardware, software, and accessories in the US, influencing inventory decisions and financial projections.

You will aggregate data, generate insights, create regular and ad-hoc reports, and collaborate across functions to improve forecasting processes and outcomes for the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in forecasting/planning or comparable analytical role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, forecasting methodology and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to integrate and synthesize information from multiple data sources.
• Excellent analytical skills, with demonstrated abilities in forecasting and data synthesis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Familiarity with relational data sets (SQL, Python) – experience a plus.

SUMMARY:

This role is part of the Revenue Planning & Operations department at Nintendo of America (NOA) and supports forecasting for physical videogame products including hardware, software, and accessories in the US, which directly contribute to inventory decisions and financial projections.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years in forecasting/planning or comparable analytical role, with a strong understanding of supply chain, forecasting methodology and inventory management practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate and synthesize information from multiple data sources.
• Excellent analytical skills, with demonstrated abilities in forecasting, understanding statistical models and synthesizing data from multiple sources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Functional knowledge of data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau)
• Familiarity with relational data sets (SQL, Python, etc. experience a plus)

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Pay Range: $82,000—$131,200 USD
