Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Replenishment Analyst to join the Forecasting & Planning team. You will develop accurate demand forecasts, manage retail replenishment, and deliver data-driven insights to support key business decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure products meet customer demand. This role emphasizes solving complex problems with data to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in demand forecasting, replenishment planning, or analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL or Power BI preferred.
• Experience in a CPG environment and ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using historical data, trends, and business insights.
• Own retail replenishment planning and execution to ensure optimal inventory levels and customer service.
• Manage replenishment strategies and planning system parameters.
• Recommend procurement, packaging, and repacking quantities to support operational needs.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to align demand plans with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution locations to identify risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs, inventory health, and operational performance.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and recommend continuous process improvements.
• Support cross-functional projects focused on improving supply chain efficiency and inventory optimization.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic business initiatives.
