Job summary

Wonder, a mealtime platform, is seeking a Procurement Associate to collaborate across the merchant, forecasting, warehouse operations and accounts payable teams. You will ensure timely, specification-compliant raw materials for Wonder production and distribution facilities, while building strong supplier relationships and managing inventory before launches.

In a hybrid role, you will forecast, issue POs and address quality concerns with suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supply chain position, preferably food experience within foodservice or retail setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain with strong analytical skills.
• Team player that appreciates other points of view & ideas.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Has a sense of urgency & great attention to detail.
• Able to grasp concepts quickly and apply the learning.
• Self-starter that does not mind seeking answers & information.
• Embraces a fast-paced environment & can pivot as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain positive relationships with supplier partners via e-mail, virtual meetings & direct calls.
• Sustain proper inventory levels by evaluating/submitting purchase orders & ensuring they are delivered on time.
• Address & rectify any quality concerns of raw materials presented by culinary & operational teams to supplier partners.
• Communicate forecasting changes to supplier partners.
• Work cross-functionally to meet launch dates of new raw materials.
• Evaluate reporting to minimize waste at production & distribution facilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain

2+ years in a supply chain position

About The Opportunity

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome-and encouraged-to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

Swedesboro: $67,500 - $70,500 per year.
