Job summary

Front Row in New York, NY seeks a skilled Inventory & Forecasting Specialist to join our growth-focused ecommerce team. You will forecast SKU demand, plan inventory, and drive data-informed purchasing decisions across our brands and marketplaces.

Key requirements include 3+ years in forecasting and inventory management, a strong understanding of Amazon retail dynamics and S&OP processes, and excellent Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of forecasting, planning, and inventory management experience.
• Strong interest in Amazon and understanding of retail dynamics.
• Advanced knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage SKU intensive sales and purchase forecasts.
• React to current sales trends to meet inventory turn goals.
• Create weekly purchase orders with the goal to minimize out of stocks and prevent the risk of excess inventory.
• Monitor current performance throughout the month identifying changing trends and proactively adjust the forecast.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and thrive in a fast pace environment.
