About the Role:

As a Ford Transmission Technician at Mullinax Ford of New Smyrna, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of Ford vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, repair, and maintain transmission systems, contributing to the overall safety and satisfaction of our customers. You will work closely with a team of skilled technicians, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and implement effective solutions. This position requires a strong commitment to quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards, as well as a focus on customer service. Schedule: Monday through Friday with alternating Saturdays - No Nights or Sundays Guaranteed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a formal automotive technician training program or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working specifically with Ford vehicles and their transmission systems.
