Rydell of Independence is seeking Ford Service Technicians and Mobile Service Technicians in Independence, IA. The role provides a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, Ford factory training, and a brand-new, air-conditioned shop.

Technicians diagnose, repair, and service Ford and other makes with strong growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have Ford ASE certifications, experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience as an automotive technician or service technician.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford and other makes of vehicles.
• Perform engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, and HVAC repairs.
• Diagnose electrical systems and drivability concerns.
• Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
