Rydell of Independence is seeking skilled Ford Service Technicians and Mobile Service Technicians to join our growing service team in Independence, IA. We offer training, support, and opportunities to advance your automotive career.

Whether you're Ford-certified, ASE-certified, or looking to become certified, we provide a modern, state-of-the-art facility with the tools you need. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, drivability concerns, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Perform warranty repairs according to Ford standards and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines.

What You'll Do

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
