Rydell of Independence is seeking skilled Ford Service Technicians and Mobile Service Technicians to join our service team in Independence, IA. You will perform vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance to Ford standards in a state-of-the-art facility with ongoing training and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, drivability concerns, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Perform warranty repairs according to Ford standards and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines.
