Job summary

Uftring Auto Group in Peoria, IL is seeking a Ford Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex automotive systems to manufacturer and customer specifications. You will work on a range of Ford models, perform services on repair orders, and road test vehicles to ensure quality.

The position offers a competitive salary ($60,000–$70,000 per year) based on experience, a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturdays every 3rd, and a suite of benefits including insurance, 401(k), PTO, and employee

Qualifications

• Experience as a line technician with a major manufacturer.
• General mechanical skills with knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
• ASE Certifications are preferred; Diesel experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE EXPECTED SALARY IS $60,000.00 TO $70,000.00 PER YEAR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and test equipment, hoist, and hand tools
• Road test vehicles for quality check

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS

• Experience as a line technician with a major manufacturer
• General mechanical skills with knowledge of all aspects of automobile repair and maintenance
• ASE Certifications are preferred – Diesel experience is a plus
• Good judgment with the ability to operate power and hand tools
• Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

SCHEDULE:

• Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
• Saturday (every 3rd) from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• The compensation for the Ford Service Technician salary is expected to be $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year and depends upon experience.

• Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm
