Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, drivability concerns, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Perform warranty repairs according to Ford standards and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines.
