Job summary

Marketsource is hiring a RecallRepair Specialist who travels within the assigned area, spending most of the day on the road visiting customers to discuss open recalls and obtain approval for on-site repairs. This role emphasizes strong customer interaction, trust-building, and the ability to guide conversations confidently while performing intermediate repairs with provided training.

Light mechanical/tool knowledge is preferred, and the position requires driving a vehicle, weekends availability,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1–3+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Light mechanical or tool knowledge.
• Ability to obtain required certifications for mobile repairs.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling Saturdays.

As a RecallRepairSpecialist, you’ll be a friendly facehelpingvehicle ownersactonimportant safety repairs. You’ll travel within your assigned area,most of your day on the road,visitcustomer’s latest registered address,educatethem to understand the open recalls, and gain approval for you to facilitate a repair onsite.

Thisrole is heavily focused oncustomerinteraction,where building trust and confidently guiding conversations is key to success.

In addition to outreach, you will perform intermediate level approved repairs. Specific training is provided: however, light mechanical and tool knowledge is recommended.

• Physical ability to get in and out of vehicle, ascend and descend stairs, work in outdoor weather conditions, and move objects weighing up to twenty pounds.
