Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail math, sales management, POS systems, and retail sales procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing automotive parts and provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Process sales transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling and billing procedures.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Handle order fulfillment to meet customer demands and deadlines.

• Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with customers and vendors.

Requirements

• Knowledge of retail math, sales management, POS systems, and retail sales procedures
• Familiarity with dealership operations, inventory control, stocking, order fulfillment, and marketing strategies
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software for reporting and documentation purposes
• Strong math skills for handling retail math calculations and inventory management tasks
• Ability to work well in a team environment with good negotiation skills for upselling opportunities
• Previous dealership experience or retail sales background is highly desirable
