Hiller Ford is seeking a dependable Ford Mobile Service Technician to bring dealership-quality service directly to customers at their homes and businesses in the Milwaukee/Franklin area. The role involves performing routine maintenance, recall repairs, and multi-point inspections using a company-provided Ford Mobile Service vehicle and tools, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare for the day's appointments.
• Travel to customer locations using company vehicle.
• Perform light maintenance services, including oil changes and scheduled maintenance; fully equipped vehicle and tools.
• Complete Ford recall and warranty repairs.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Consult with customers regarding recommended services and repairs.
• Complete repairs efficiently with high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain repair orders, inspections, and inventory records.
• Keep the Ford Mobile Service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience during each visit.

Key Responsibilities
