Job summary

Confidence Ford of OKC is seeking a Senior Ford Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while delivering an exceptional dealership experience.

The ideal candidate has Ford diagnostics expertise, at least 3 years of experience, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. We offer competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, PTO, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Ford Technician
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with Ford vehicles
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per dealership and Ford/Motorcraft standards
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools
• Repair engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, A/C and related systems
• Test-drive vehicles and validate repairs
• Communicate repair recommendations and timelines to Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specs
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Support additional duties as needed by management

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Ford Master Technician, you'll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while helping deliver an exceptional dealership experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more
• Test-driving vehicles and validating repairs
• Communicating repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
• Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
• Supporting additional duties assigned by management
