Cavender Confidence Ford of OKC is seeking a skilled Senior Ford Master Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles while delivering an exceptional dealership experience for every customer. You will work on engines, transmissions, electrical systems and diagnostics, using Ford-approved tools and procedures.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years as a Ford technician, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic background.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles per Ford standards.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Ford Master Technician, you’ll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while helping deliver an exceptional dealership experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more
• Test-driving vehicles and validating repairs
• Communicating repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
• Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
• Supporting additional duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Ford Technician required
• Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening
