Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Ford technician experience.
• Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to dealership standards.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify concerns.
• Repair engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs.
• Communicate repair timelines with service advisors.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Ford Master Technician, you’ll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while helping deliver an exceptional dealership experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more
• Test-driving vehicles and validating repairs
• Communicating repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
• Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
• Supporting additional duties assigned by management
