Qualifications

• Ford Master Technician certification or equivalent experience is required.
• Heavy automotive knowledge with a strong diagnostic capability.
• Ability to perform engine, electrical, brake, and hybrid system repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction and repair per Ford and Lithia standards.
• Repair orders completed with safety and quality in mind.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repair quality.
• Record time spent on repairs and document work performed.
• Maintain standard tools and manage inventory for service work.
• Pursue manufacturer and ASE certifications and continue training.
• Communicate with team to ensure customer satisfaction.
