Miller Ford in New Jersey is hiring an experienced or entry-level auto technician to join a growing shop culture. You will perform routine maintenance, inspect vehicles for faults, and learn with on‑the‑job training.

Position includes training, career growth, and a benefits package. Expect to work Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm with rotation Saturdays, and a competitive flat-rate pay structure plus weekly bonuses.

Formación

• Experience with routine vehicle services and maintenance.
• Prior work on Ford or similar models is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and Saturday on rotation.

Duties:

• Conduct routine services and vehicle maintenance
• Inspect vehicles for faults and repairs
• Use practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment
• Gain experience inservice and learn through on-the-job training
• Work efficiently and use time management to keep on schedule

• Minimum tools required for the job or willingness to acquire
• Prior experience working on Ford vehicles or other similar models
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm and Saturday 8am-1pm by rotation

• Competitive pay: $34-49 per flat rate hour, based on experience
