Job summary

Miller Ford in New Jersey is hiring an experienced or entry-level auto technician to join a shop with a strong culture of growth and promotion from within.

Responsibilities include routine services, vehicle inspections, and applying diagnostic equipment knowledge. Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm with Saturday rotation. Competitive pay per flat-rate hour plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as auto technician or willingness to learn.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience with Ford vehicles preferred.

Duties:

• Conduct routine services and vehicle maintenance
• Inspect vehicles for faults and repairs
• Use practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment
• Gain experience inservice and learn through on-the-job training
• Work efficiently and use time management to keep on schedule

• Minimum tools required for the job or willingness to acquire
• Prior experience working on Ford vehicles or other similar models
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm and Saturday 8am-1pm by rotation

• Competitive pay: $34-49 per flat rate hour, based on experience
