Qualifications

• Ford Certification preferred and/or at least Ford dealership experience.
• Minimum 1 year fleet or dealership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE and CDL preferred.
• Possess own tools and maintain professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to Ford diesel vehicles and equipment.
• Read job orders, diagnose malfunctions, and plan repair procedures.
• Follow safety checklists and inspect protective guards on trucks.
• Test-drive to verify repairs and maintain customer relations.
• Complete work per supervisor instructions and safety standards.
