Job summary

All Roads Ford Trucks in Upper Marlboro is hiring a Diesel Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. Ford experience is preferred and the team is looking for hands-on problem solvers who take pride in precise work.

The position offers a first-shift, Monday–Friday schedule with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the Service department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
