Qualifications

• 2+ years of service technician experience at a dealership or large shop.
• Ford Certification required.
• Previous Ford dealership experience preferred.
• Experience with luxury vehicles preferred.
• Diagnostics, electrical and engine repair skills.
• Dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Troubleshooting with electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Strong customer service and basic computer skills.
• Team oriented, eager to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and identify work to be completed on vehicles.
• Perform adjustments, calibrations, fluid replenishment, disassembly/reassembly, and part replacement.
• Document work hours per policy and road test vehicles to ensure quality.
