Kendall Ford of Eugene is seeking Automotive Line Technicians/Mechanics of all skill levels to join our seasoned service team. This position offers top flat-rate pay with earning potential up to $160,000 annually, relocation packages, and clear career path development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum mechanical or tech experience at a dealership or large independent shop.
• ASE certifications are preferred.
• Must be able to operate a wide variety of vehicles automatic and manual transmissions.
• A valid driver license and good driving record are required.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and diagnose vehicles and identify work to be completed.
• Perform adjustments, calibrations, and fluids replenishment.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components and repair/replace parts.
• Document all work and hours per policy and manufacturer guidelines.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality and issues resolution.
