Job summary
Kendall Ford of Eugene is seeking Automotive Line Technicians/Mechanics of all skill levels to join our seasoned service team. This position offers top flat-rate pay with earning potential up to $160,000 annually, relocation packages, and clear career path development opportunities.

Qualifications
- Two years minimum mechanical or tech experience at a dealership or large independent shop.
- ASE certifications are preferred.
- Must be able to operate a wide variety of vehicles automatic and manual transmissions.
- A valid driver license and good driving record are required.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose vehicles and identify work to be completed.
- Perform adjustments, calibrations, and fluids replenishment.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components and repair/replace parts.
- Document all work and hours per policy and manufacturer guidelines.
- Road test vehicles to ensure quality and issues resolution.
