Job summary

Troy Ford is seeking an experienced Mainline Service Technician to join a high-volume service team. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles, communicating repair recommendations to service advisors.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Ford or Domestic experience, strong diagnostic skills, and valid licensure. ASE/Ford certifications are a plus, with opportunities for growth and competitive pay at Lithia & Driveway’s Troy location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Ford or Domestic experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• ASE or Ford certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical concerns accurately.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and dealership technology.
