Job summary

Livermore Ford and Lincoln is seeking a Ford Service Technician to join our growing team in Livermore, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong service technician background and extensive experience diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Ford Certification is highly preferred.
5+ years of Service Technician experience required.
Experience at a Ford dealership is required.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components and systems using diagnostic tools.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding required additional services and time estimates.
Execute repairs under manufacturer specifications and warranty requirements.
