Qualifications

• Strong automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• Experience as Shop Foreman/Team Lead or senior technician.
• Ford Certified.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead by example with diverse skill levels.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow with the Service Manager to keep repairs moving.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles while producing flat rate hours.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians.
• Assist technicians with difficult or complex repairs and diagnostics.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Serve as a technical resource and develop less-experienced technicians.
• Promote an organized, productive, and safe shop environment.
• Communicate with Service Manager, Service Advisors, and Parts Department to resolve issues.
