Job summary

Responsibilities include diagnosing repairs, performing work on repair orders, testing vehicles with diagnostic tools, and communicating with the Service Advisor. Ford dealership values service to customers and the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service technician experience preferred.
• ASE and Ford certifications are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders with efficiency per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
• Maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, and HVAC.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional work and time estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
