Job summary

Chaparral-Ford in Texas is seeking a Ford Certified Service Technician to join a growing team. The candidate will have ASE and Ford certifications with a strong service technician background, diagnosing repairs and performing work on specific repair orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• ASE Certification required.
• Ford Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders efficiently and per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
• Repair and maintain vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional service needs and time estimates.
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
