Lufkin Ford is seeking a Senior Master Technician to join our Ford dealership team in Texas. The right candidate will perform a broad range of mechanical services, diagnose complex issues, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

We value experienced technicians with Ford Certification and ASE Certification, ready to uphold high manufacturer standards and contribute to a professional, safety-focused workshop.

Qualifications

• Ford Certification is required.
• ASE Certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
• Master Technician certification preferred.
• Experience at a Ford dealership is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications.
• Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
