Job summary

Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA is seeking experienced automotive service repair technicians to join our 30+ technician team. We welcome Ford, Honda, Toyota, and other OEM experience, with transfer of certifications through the Ford SMARTT program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• ASE Certification suggested; Ford certifications preferred.
• Background check and valid driver’s license required; Ford FAST transfer possible.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle systems and sub-systems per Ford and dealer standards.
• Utilize Ford diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
• Perform repairs to manufacturer specifications with documentation.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to communicate progress to customers.
• Participate in Ford category specialist shifts and flexible scheduling.
