Job summary

Dwight Ford here in Illinois is seeking a Ford-certified Senior Master Technician to join our team. You will perform a wide range of mechanical services on vehicles, diagnose and repair complex issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.

We value a strong automotive background, Ford certification, ASE certification, and at least 5 years of technician experience; Master Technician certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ford Certification and ASE Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive technician experience; Master Technician preferred.
• Prior experience at a Ford dealership is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications.
• Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
